Nick joined ORIX in 2021, having previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at Dentsu and as an Associate at Linklaters LLP. As legal counsel, he provides legal support on new transactions and advises on the ongoing management of the firm’s portfolio companies from a legal perspective. Nick holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Bristol, a GDL from BPP Law School, and an LPC from the College of Law.
