Counterparty Code of Conduct
ORIX UK expects all counterparties, including our business partners and suppliers, to share our commitment to business integrity and comply with our Counterparty Code of Conduct in all business dealings involving the ORIX Group. The latest version is available here: Counterparty Code of Conduct
Reporting Compliance Concerns
ORIX UK encourages all counterparties to report any compliance concerns relating to any activities connected to the ORIX Group and has made the following reporting channels available for reporting:
- OCE Legal & Compliance Team: Reporting to the ORIX Europe Legal & Compliance Team (report.concern@orixnv.com);
- ORIX Global Compliance Department: Reporting to the ORIX Group Compliance Department in Tokyo; or
- Whistleblowing Hotline: Reports can be made in writing through a web-portal or verbally through a secure “Click Connect” internet call. Both options are accessible via this link – EthicsPoint – ORIX Corporation EU – and are facilitated by NAVEX (third party service provider) on behalf of the ORIX Group.
