Lex serves as General Counsel and Head of Compliance and is a board member of Elawan Energy. He has 20+ years legal experience and joined ORIX in 2018 after working as a corporate partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. Lex holds both an LLB and LLM from the London School of Economics and completed the LPC at BPP Law School.
